The Chicago Teacher Partnership Program (CTPP) is a new model for preparing highly qualified teachers. The model features research-based reforms that will transform the pre-baccalaureate programs of four partner universities: Loyola University Chicago, National-Louis University, Northeastern Illinois University, and the University of Illinois at Chicago.

In addition to these four universities, the CTPP partnership actively involves the Chicago Public Schools (CPS), twenty high-need CPS K-8 elementary schools, the Council of Chicago Area Deans of Education, and the Chicago Community Trust.   It has the strong support of the Illinois State Board of Education and the Illinois Board of Higher Education.
